Allwyn announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Logflex MT Holding Limited, the owner of the online sports betting and gaming group Novibet. The estimated initial cash consideration is EUR 217 million, plus up to an additional EUR 110 million based on the company’s performance. Novibet has a market presence in Brazil, Greece, Malta, Ireland, and Mexico, among other markets. The transaction is expected to be closed in the second half of 2025. The shares of Allwyn AG (not publicly traded), which is the parent company of Allwyn International, serve as a security for two bond issues of KKCG (KKCG FINAN 7.75/29 and KKCG FINAN II 5.90/2029). From the perspective of these bonds, we view the mentioned acquisition as neutral.
